Cheated by Credit Card

Respected Sir,

I have been cheated by ABN AMRO Credit Card Bank. Their product team dept. solved one holiday package to me by giving false commitment about the payment. For which i tried to cancel the same with them they are not ready to do so. The bank is also not given any proper answer towards my complaint. Can you please help me to solve this issue.
