I have given a compliant letter dated 17.02.2010 to Reserve Bank Of India about causes damages to my client mind and stress to my client by harassment by your staff with details of who are all called and what timings with proof of audio recordings.

In turn RBI has forwarded me compliant (No. F 200910006009544-10) to your MS.Manju Sreekumar, Asst. Vice President, 94, MRC Nagar, santhome, Chennai 600028 for suitable response. But still date she has not replied and also your letter of contents are not satisfactory and are not proper expected response to my client compliant.

I have received your letter ref No.00237288676 dated 13.03.2010 and there is no proper reply to my client’s compliant. The letter contains just statement of accounts and demand for payment only. It is not the reply asking either by my client or by RBI. It means that you are ignoring my client as well as RBI.

My client have given complaint to RBI again on 28.04.2010 for the non response of your bank and asking compensation amount for mental agony, stress, damages in society, my client reputation spoiled by your bank. The complaint made by me is acknowledged by Office of the Banking OMBUDSMAN, RBI and stating that is being examined and will revert back.
