Removal of my name from CIBIL

Dear Sir,

One payement from ABN AMRO BANK for credit card is coming against my name. As I have not taken any card from them and they also have confirmed it. I am sending their reference no. 00204935972 dated on 16 july i receaved the mail. As they are saying that I myself have to go mto CIBIL for removal of my name. I am sending my communication with them as an attachment. Consider the matter as early as possible and remove my name from CIBIL.
