ABN AMRO BANK / CREDIT CARD
Incorrect chase by bank

I had opted a credit card from ABN Amro Bank in Pune, I had paid my dues to the bank. Bank is now chasing me for outstanding, which does not exist. I am getting the calls for paying it back. I have forwarded various communication to the bank, but they do not check the account in detail. Please advise that how should I handle the situation. Also inform that what all information I should forward for getting the case resolved & also to whom should I forward it.

Also inform that how this forum works & what is the procedure.
