Hi,

My name is Sripathi. My dad Krishna Murthy Rao has a loan with the ABN AMRO Bank (Easy Cash Personal loan) and my dad is retired from his services 3 years back. He is a customer of this bank for more than 8 years now and he was regular with his payments all these days. He was unable to make payments for the bank for a months period is when the problem started. This Bank started their Harrasing calls. Even though dad tried to explain them about the situation. All this time he never had defaulted and now he had to, as the situation got worsen. Dad told the bank that he is trying to sell his property after which he would surely pay the money back (this is being explained daily). Even then the calls does not stop. They call us more than 5 times a day . sometimes 2-3 times within an hour. They easily discuss about the payments and account with myself and my sister in law, even when its not asked by anyone of us. when i told them that discussing this is wrong they start arguing. They now start shouting on us. We had specifically told them the available timings of my dad but still they call us continueously when he is not at home. To get this situation under controll i requested to speak to the supervisor and my request was straigt away turned down stating that i do not have any concern to this matter. In that case how can they discuss about the accounts and demand us to tell my dad to make the payments? And the agent (female) to whom i spoke to was not at all allowing me to explain things but was continueously shouting at me. Stating they would continue to harrase. All we require is some time. This is not a will issue that we are defaulted. Its the situation and we are working towards resolving the same. Please we need some help here. My dad is now 62 yeras of age and this should not be the way his account needs to be handelled. What if something goes wrong?

We are not running away. Please STOP THIS HARRASSMENT . YOU ARE NOT HELPING US IN SOLVING THE ISSUE.
