Hi,

This is regarding bank's claim of 25000/- Rs., which as per their records, is outstanding against me. However, I have never used the bank's credit card not even once and in fact I have destroyed the credit card long back.

Today, I have received call from Bank threatening me to settle the above mentioned amount or else face legal action. I called up their customer relationship manager Mr. Rishabh (Mobile no. 09769778375) but he talked in very indecent manner.

I want raise this a complaint against the bank for mentally harassing me.

I also challenge the ABN AMRO bank, if they can provide evidence of any single transaction I did from the credit card, I am happy to pay double the amount they are asking for.
