Debited 45000.00 rupees in may credit card account without my permissionafter 2 years aainst hdfc insurance policy

An amount of rupees 45000/- drawn from my credit card hdfc no.4346 7810 0238 2125 for hdfc life insurance policy which was lapsed and i was not want to continue the same, without intimation and permission of mine. hence they same amount and all interests may please be refunded to my credit card account so that the same credit account may be continued.
