Hi,

My name is Pankaj Suresh Deshmukh from Nagpur (Maharashtra) I’m having the credit card (Abn AmroBank) freedom card from last 8 years

on 13.01. I received a call from Customer Care ABN AMRO (Delhi office ph no.01143796100 by 10.57am) credit card department regarding payment of the bills. They asked when you make the payment of 1500/-. I told them I will make the payment by 20.01.2010. ABN Amro bank officer namely Mr. sunny (I know its fake), He started shouting at me for no reason. I also scolded him and asked him to talk properly. Than he said (aap ki haisiyat nahi thi to card kyon liya….. etc) he is talk 17 mins. After that same day near about 5.00 pm one lady (ABN AMRO BANK OFFICER) was call on my home ph number & same thing said to my wife.(my wife was very affright) Is this customer care or un-care. Once I said there was no issue of calling., it’s my discretion. Who are these people to dictate terms of payment? If I delay the payment they charge penalty, I never asked them not to neither do they show their gratitude by sometime waiving it of. I know it a business and i wont comment on that but some sense needs to be put in them. Customer care as the name suggest should take care of their customers rather then misbehaving with them.

Complaint be registered against the misbehavior of the customer care officer.
