Non refund of 5 year money back

Dear Sir,

I am having your policy 352468048 since last 5-6 year. I have paid all my premiums within time limit but unfortunatly you have'nt paid my money back amount which has been due since November till date. I have consult/complaint in nearest branch office several time and they have assured me for paying the amount but neither they have paid me my money back amount nor given me proper response till date. I have lost the interest amount of the said above amount.

So I request you to kindly instruct the branch office for refund me the 5 year money back amount with interest.
