Issuance of Duplicate premium receipt

Hi,

I paid my half yearly premium through cheque which I dropped in a drop box at LIC office situated in JMD tower DLF Phase 2 and I have not received the receipt for the same for the month of september.

Kindly issue the duplicate receipt which is required on urgent basis for tax purpose and mail it to [email protected]. Policy details are as follows :-

1. Policy # 121650979 Premium amount : 2570.

2. Policy # 121650976 Premium amount : 3159.

The cheque was paid for the total amount of 5729.

Please do the needful as soon as possible. I will really appreciate your assistance in this matter.
