Hi,

Myself is Ankur Chakraborty, a Titanium credit card holder (Credit card # 5239504004368729) of your bank. Even though I have not used your bank's credit card for any transaction, but I have received so many collection calls and SMS regarding outstanding issues. I have lodged complaints thrice through your phone banking and everytime they said it will be reversed. Surprisingly on 07-01, I got a call from your Delhi office that I have an outstanding of Rs 525 /- only and your office was unable to provide any clarification on the same. But Ihave paid Rs 530/- by cash at your Kolkata Camac St Branch.(request you to check once) But yesterday i.e, 14th Jan ' again I got a call for an outstanding of Rs 435 /- . I really got surprised about the communication. Request you to take necessary steps otherwise I have to take legal action on the same as because I am also working in a reputed bank and in the credit card division.
