Overlimt Fee and Financial charges Not reversed Instead of confirmation

This is with regards to my credit card no.5415382404401820.

1. without my notice the company on its own fancy went overlimit and charged me Overlimit fee and Financial charges in October Statement. When called the customer care after a long discussion they agreed to reverse the charges along with the late fee charge. This was not done in November statement. I called again and they said we have not recieved such request and will put a fresh request along with my change of address. Again it was not done in december statement and along with the charges also charged me interest on the unreversed amount. When asked the agent was rude and said will put afresh request.reference no.229118671. To my surprise still nothing was done and had charged interest on it. I called again today and the executive told me that we cant reverse the charges if its more than three month old. They are worst in the business and first of dont know how to talk to there customer. NO wonder they are running into losses and need to change there name again again. I have informed the excutive that iw ill not use the card until they reverse all te charges to which she simply says its your wish. Thats cutomer care for you. Thankyou Abn Amro Bank
