Before 2 years, i got a call from Delhi, ABN AMRO card division regarding some holiday package offer for more than 6000INR. The representative said me about freelook period. I denied them. Then also after i got the documents after 15 days. But the freelook period was 15 days. Still then i cancelled the offer. I got the statement for that month, which includes the offer amount. I called to the customer care, they suggested me to pay the remaining amount excluding the package offer amount. They told me that they forwarded my case to the concern department. Still then i got the continuous statements for this amount late payment fee and the interest. I called the customer care each time, i got the statement. After 4 months, i did not get any statement and call. After 1 year, Some department of ABN AMRO called me and threatened me. I told many times, and they told me to settel the amount. i agreed to settel the amount. But i did not get any settelment letter from ABNAMRO. Now for this amount, my name appears as defaulter in Cibil database of banks and i could not apply any loans. Please anyone help me.
