Complaint regarding non-payment of claim by Firozabad Branch even after compromise

Your Firozabad (U.P.) Branch arbitrarily rejected my claim.

My motor cycle stolen on 29.10.2008 for which FIR lodged on 30.10.08 and on 18.112008 claim was lodged with Firozabad Branch. On 06.02.09 when I enquired with the Branch they refused to state anything about my claim. Again by registered post I lodged claim on 07.02.09 which was rejected arbitrarilry on 11.02.09 (Reason was MALPRACTICES). Compelled by the circumstances, I went to District Consumer Forum and during pendency your branch desired for settlement and issue was settled settled on 06.11.09 for Rs.30000/-.

My cheque is ready with the branch since December but they are not delivering it to me due to MALPRACTICES
