Hello ABN AMRO,
A disgust to be your customer. To start with I hope that your systems are not down. What am i talking " IF your systems would be down you wouldnt be reading this email. See, this is what you do to your customers. Eerytime i have called i have always received this answer for sure. Also, some other answers with verbal abuses with disconnecting the call. Picking up the call & keeping it on mute & then hanging up. One question which i have is why the hell should you have a call centre if you dont wish to answer my phone? Why increase cost & then recover it from my card stating memership fee?
When i ask a question which is that "Is it realy worth paying Rs. 2000 for a Shitty ABN AMRO GOLD Credit Card". What on earth am i paying Rs. 2000 for. Getting disconnected while talking, your systems stay down all the time, Verbal abuses, etc...
The issues list is tooooo large with your company & i dont have time to write all of that. However, if i receive a single call from anyone stating they want to sell your card to me. I would be documenting the same in the court of law against you with mental harrasment. I have enough evidence (which i would not like to share as of now) to pull you down in the court.
Lets discuss the fresh issue: -
Called twice, once in December & on 28th Jan. I have been after your company to cancel the card & everytime the agent keeps teling me that the systems are down & call us up ater 2 PM. What on earth happens after 2 PM? Does your system report late to work? Coz i am tired of this 2 PM jazz that your agents give. There is no customer centric attitude that you guys have. Why are you existing? There are 40000 pages for the keyword " abn amro credit card complaints ". This proves your in-efficiency in handling customers in the right manner.
However, all i want you to tell me is whether my card has been cancelled or not.
