Deduction of extra amount from ATM

I NAINA GUPTA, SBI Saving A/C No. is 31031807075, used the ATM of Connaught Place SBI (BIkanare) for cash withdrawal of Rs. 5000/- at 14:30 on 06-10-11..Although I had applied for withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000/- before this but the machine had been refused the transactions. So I withdrawal Rs. 5, 000/- only and the balance in my A/c was 67, 423/- after this.

The transaction of 5, 000/- was made confirmed by the cell phone SMS, but after few hours I received the message of cash withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000/- and balance shown in my A/c is Rs. 62, 423/-
