Enternal error while efilling

Dear Sir

I want to submit one individual Income tax return for the Asst Year 11 as online efilling

in income tax website it was unable to register with new PAN registration from last day.

as we go for registration it showing Internal Error!!! Please try after some time or contact IT Administrator is the problem persists

kindly rectify this Internal Error as soon as possible so that we can file the returns
