Rs.10000 FETCH BACK BY ATM MACINE

I Baljit singh having account in OBC Kot ise khan under account No.02382151009100. In the month of Dec'2010 I withdraw Rs.20000/- on dated 15.12.10 fro OBC ATM GT Road Moga but i receive 10000 by first transaction and when i try for next 10000 in 2nd entry cash came but when i try to pic cash fetch back by ATM machine my Tran No. Is CWDR/00464001/49. Then I give a application to My branch at kot ise khan then thre is no response after that i give request for second time but case is still there. I personally go bank for confirming 10 times but no satisfactory response from bank employee. So pl i request u sir do the needful and solve my problrm
