Atm cash undespenced.

Dear sir,

Myself GAURAV SHUKLA (RAILWAY EMP), a customer of OBC Bank Ltd, SIPRI BAZAR branch JHANSI (UTTAR PRADESH), having account no. 05512010036330 opted for withdrawal of Rs 5000/- from PNB Bank Ltd, SIPRI BAZAR JHANSI (UTTAR PRADESH) as on 03/11, at about 08:07 am in the morning, but thrice the money from the atm got deducted from my account no. and cash not dispensed and at the fourth time the cash came out, thus Rs 5777/- has been deducted from my account, in the form of three entries of Rs 5000/-each, immediately a complaint has been logged by me at concerned branch of OBC Bank whose i am a customer, but its more than a month now and i have not received my money back, you are thus requested to kindly look into the matter and arrange to credit the deducted amount into my account asap.

BANK REMARK:-Spoken to customer. There are two debits on that day. Complaint is already rejected on the first debit. Now complaint is raised onthe second debit. Comp no 65904/10

PLEASE TREAT AS MOST URGENT.
