Dear Sir,
yesterday evening at 6 aircel activated a callertune service without my concern and deducted 30rs from my account.then again at might night before sleeping i checked my balance it was 29rs and in the morning when i woke up my balance was 00.00rs.i called up the customer care of aircel and they told me that sir you have opted for some song listening service so we have deducted for the same. Sir my concern is i havent opted any of the two services but they have activated automatically from there end and deducted my money.how could they activate any service without the concern of the customer and deduct money. I please request you to take this case as very seriously.
