Sir, My name is S.Rahamthulla, I am accessing my saving account in SBI, Guntakal, Anantapur Dist., Andhrapradesh from Mar. My ATM was damaged so i have applied for a duplicate ATM on 09-09 paid 200/- and submit form. Again I paid 200/- and submit form. But still i didn't receive NEW ATM by Post. So many times i complaint to Branch Manager & Incharge Officer but they are not giving response. they told that u must wait. still i am waiting from 3 months.
