Non recipt of payment after maturity Dated:15 Jul
I have the honour to state that I have a Postal Life Insurance No. APS/NM/37176-A held by NO. AC/686573-R Rank-X Lokendra kumar which was matured on 15 Jul. After its maturity I had deposited my P.L.I.Policy along with Passbook in original in Head post office BARAUT (BAGPAT) for receipt of matured payments but after my sevaral personel visits along with written complainants and telephonic-ally talk with CPMG LUCKNOW (Utter Pradesh) so far I have not received any amount. It is already 2-full year passed to not get my matured payment.so this is my humbly request to responsible authorites to look in to the matter personally and order to P.L.I. to settle my matured policy payments along with Interest.
