Accountant was not responding properly

Hai sir, i am the resident of gollavanigunta, renigunta road. i went to the bank along with my sister to create account for my sister, but the lady accountant always saying that applications was over for creating account. we went to that bank 4 weeks regularly, the same answer we are hearing from the bank staff. please make sure that the staff can work properly and do good for the customers.
