Unable to redeem Reward Points

I have an Manhattan Credit Card of Standard Chartered, As per Bank they have some product codes of some defined company's, On the basis of only product codes, How can we redeem our reward points, we need the catalogue of the products with their company name & snaps with dealer detail.
