False Claim

Sir,

Sub: False claim in my Citi Bank credit card by INDIAIDEAS.COM-MSEB

I have never heard of this portal/company INDIAIDEAS.COM.

i have received a message alert from Citi Bank stating " Rs 1064.17 was spent on your credit card INDIAIDEAS.COM-MSEB @ 06-JAN 17.30:58 PM".

i have not at all used online transaction yesterday i.e.06.01.2013. only after receiving this sms i have checked my account online and blocked my card.

Can anyone please help me to get rid of this nonsense portal?

Else, please let me know by any way I can lodge a complaint with concerned authorities.
