REFUND OF RS.20

Sir,

I have one Airtel prepaid connection, No.99333488631. Airtel authority time and again at their own interest activating promotion service etc. and deducting amount from balance.

During April Airtel authority refunded some amount as they activated unwanted service in my mobile. Similarly, during August one ring tone service and one airtel post picture service activated in my above mobile at their own and Rs.20/- deducted.

I contacted with Airtel authority (Ref. No.0810837418). They assured for refund of Rs.20/-. But till date same not done.

I would like to request for refund of Rs.20/- immediately.
