I was trying to cope up with you for the past 6 months regarding the undelivered bill no 436395458 and so I stopped the payment against it and I also told you to give the clarification.

And before stopping the payment I also intimated you that if you don’t provide me correct bill till then I will not pay any amount till you deliver now i had also deposited 6, 000

My point is 1. If the problem was from your end then why you permanently disconnected my Phone also few days before disconnection I paid rs. 1700

2. you should have provided me with bill and the amount to be refunded in that bill

3. why I should bother to cross check your bill, it is your duty to prepare bills honestly and not greedily
