Just to bring to your notice that my balance is again being deducted for no reason.. I called the 121.. Your executives take forever to answer da call and den forevevr on hold to answer a querry.. Once more then 10 minutes and once more then 5 minutes.. Does it really take so long to answer a query n put da customer on hold for so long..dat we get fed up n shut da call.. So da executives escape from answering da query??? I really need answer to this...
Now coming to main worry.. I am using blackberry service of unlimited internet usage for last 2 years.. Ur executives say I am being billed for airtel live which I aint using.. Similar incidents have happened before too and u guys really don't do anything.. My money is gone.. My patience is gone n moreover I have lost the trust...
I asked the your executive to deactivate airtel live.. They said dey did it and still I realise my money getting deducted.. Now I really need an explanation for this..
