I am Shivaprasad, I want to disconnect my chennai postpaid connection (9600014181), as i have moved to bangalore, I'm in no longer use of the service. I ve sent mail to [email protected], but the mail request is getting cancelled. I dont no wat to do, the custumer center people or the relationship center people, say they dont have option to cancel the connection and instruct to drop a mail to [email protected], i have sent mail many a times, but the request is getting cancelled automatically.kindly look into this request
