Airtel pre-paid
Regarding Value Add Services

Dear Sir,

My airtel prepaid no 9993441089 using last-.4 years and i not started any Value add serviced, but this month with out any information how to start value add serviced, and u r company deduct my money and u r customer care also told we r not able to refund u, this is not a good job.

So i want my money refund and don't start any value add services in my number...
