I am using Air Tel Prepaid card No : 9004259424 for last 5 years.
yesterday i got a message that your outgoing services will be stopped for non receipt of Valid Documents. At the time of issueing prepaid card i have already submitted Copy of PAN Card, Copy of Telephone Bill for supporting documents. what the hell u required again as valid documents. may be this is my last recharge for using this number. fedup of this method of behaving with the customers.
