Phone dead for 15 days (phone no.22748600)
phone dead for last 15 days. ring is coming but sum disturbence in line. three to four times complaints are solved without doing anything. (System shows complaints are solved but in real not solved).
Line men never comes to our office to confirm the error solved. 15 days phone is not working and still BSNL charges monthly rental for full month. Your officer Mr. K.A.Patel & Line man Mr. Patani can't recived our call. and your Office Complaint number is 227421998 also only ringing.
