Non receipt of refund

My PAN No. is ALDPP6371P. My my mother is ill and I require that money for his treatment at the earliest. When I have contacted the Assessing officer at Chandigarh, I was told that it is processed on 19-03 for the assessment year 2010 and I am given a process note with the assurance that I am going to receive the refund in 10 days. But till date I have not received any refund. Kindly inform me about the status so that I can come to know whether I will be in position to operate my mother or we have to wait for the refund indefinitely.
