Anothrised deduction

Sir, I credited 25000 each on 09/05 and 11/05 into my account no.20111695055. There are two deduction of intercity charges 50 Rs. each. I want to know that I cannot debit any amount and from anywhere in india. I debit amount only by my branch. But any other govt.sector bank does not take charges to any amount from anywhere in india. Only we cant credit our amount in home branch. This is why? please tell me
