Med clam policy

Dear Sir,

This is with reference to your letter dated 04-07 addressed to Mr. Krishna Kumar Jain where I was informed that application for easy health floater standard med claim policy no. 1101280917 has been rejected due to TMT findings.

In this regard it is submitted that TMT findings and other test carried out at Apollo clinic as directed by your executives, was reported by qualified doctor of Apollo clinic as normal for my age (65 yrs).

I would like to remind you that I have been charged premium for my age group which is comparatively higher than any other age group and none of the medical reports and checkup (which was carried out in a center directed by you and paid by me) is showing any abnormal reports so basis of rejection of my application is illogical and irrational which need to be consider by senior authority.

Any further clarification from my side is most welcome.
