Hi,
Today I placed an order for Dominos Pizza (Order # 299) at 7:39:57 PM but it was never delivered to me. I received a call from the delivery boy (Mobile No # 9780013466) at 8:03 PM for the confirmation of my order and he stated that he is standing outside my home in Phase 10, however the delivery address which I had provided was # 796, Phase 4, Mohali. The delivery boy was not aware of the complete address so he said he will call me back within 2 minutes but nobody even bothered to call me back. After 15 minutes I tried to call the delivery boy on his mobile number but he disconnected my call. Then I tried to discuss the same concern on their given phone number # 0172-2231432 but the lady over the phone told me that my order has already been delivered as reported by the delivery boy.
I would appreciate if your management at least try to look into the matter and have a check on the staff whether they are doing their job perfectly or not.
