Poor behaviour of staff

Your kashmiri gate outlet staff does not listen to the order told by the customer and when the customer complaints they start arguing. For the last 3-4 times I am facing problems in delivery of my order and today also the same problem aroused. Please check the telephonic conversation if recorded between me and your staff member Mr. Chetan (if you have one) and check wat he punched in my order and what i told hi. When the delivery boy came I enquired about my complete order and he suggested me to talk to the manager Mr. Vikram. But Vikram is a regret to talk to. Instead of listening to the customer he started arguing and when I told that I will complain regarding the issue Vikram very casually said "DO WHAT YOU LIKE". When I again ardered the pizza which was not delivered he told me "USKAY PAISAY DENE HONGAY" like I ordered the pizza and do not wish to pay. If you really feel that the customer should not have the problem and do not want to loose an old customer try to improove on your servises and the behaviour of the staff. Today the behavior was really disgusting and not at all acceptable. I have shown my greavience and now it is upto you people to decide
