Non cooperation of Service Centre

Dear Sir,

I have purchased an Aquaguard “Classic” water purifier on 19/10/08

from SHREYA ENTERPRISE . After one year one representative from your

Service Centre located at Chuanpur, Murshidabad, contacted me and collected

AMC.

As per contract they are to perform their duties i.e. servicing the water

purifier twice in a year.

But it is sorry to say that they did not turn up without several time intimation.

It may be mentioned here that they were attended at my residence for servicing

on 01/05/10, but till date they did not turn up.

In this regard you are requested to look into the matter and make an arrangement

so that I can get your service properly.
