From & to address not checking

Dear Sir,

I was given a courier with pod no 583491298 dated on 06/01, which i sent to chennai -029. But ur team without seaing the from & to address just blindly returned my courier to me. Plz request for get an educated employees to ur company. This is not the first time, so plz inform to ur team.
