First Source a joint venture of ICICI Bank and Lloyds TSB has one of the most abysmal management and HR policies around. Not being a great paymaster is no excuse for such a sham.
I would like to put on record that people at the helm of affairs in First Source believe they can get away with anything.
BPO/third party outsourcing as a whole is going to dogs. Unofortunately, companies like FirstSource are expediating this downfall.
Human values, professionalism is not a monopoly of the cash rich companies.
It is a universal expectaion and has nothing to do with the payscales that a company can afford/offer.
Unfortunately, FirstSource has made its poor salary package a convenient alibi to perpetuate mediocrity.
Also, I would like to put on record that some communities and their progenies are getting to monopolise the managerial decisions in this sunrise sector. It is uncalled for. Every man needs to be on equal footing. Affirmative action need not and should not be == nepotism.
