Making us work 54 hours a week (on Saturdays)

We have been asked to work 6 days a week because company failed to make profit in this quarter. We are already working (5days 9 hrs). They have asked us to work on 3 Saturadys for No Comp Off or no pay for working on saturdays.

Please help, what do we do??
