A harrowing experience with Aramex - I have been following up with Aramex Gurgaon office since April 27 for delivery of a shipment #4296668110. Status was updated online on April 29 that it is undelivered because no one at home... no message was left at home (..if no was found at home, as they claim). I have been following up continuously on April 27, 28, 30 and May 1 (it seems it is a holiday) and I have been promised at least three times that the shipment will be delivered by evening and it has not been done yet.
It was supposed to be a gift for my friend staying in Gurgaon and it is hugely disappointing that it has not been delivered yet (to top it all, it is an expensive gift). I had no choice in picking up the courier company, as it was the seller company's vendor.
Pathetic attitude and service. It seems that the exercise to follow up will begin again in the morning on May 2. :(
