I had booked the Car on 31st of August by paying cash Rs.5000/- as the offer was (Insurance free 5000 cash discount) at their Andheri Showroom.
Mr. Yatin their VP promised me that I would get my car on 10th Sep.
As on 4th their Executive comes to my office to pick up my payment Full payment & also confirms the same that the car would be delivered on 10th.
As on 6th Sep as the cheque got cleared (trf cheque) within 5 min I get a call saying the 5000 cash discount would not work as the voucher was booked on my sister name.
But before giving the token the VP promised saying that we would just get the name changed as it is an internal thing.
Later after that no one is either getting back to me nor picking my calls.
After that the new thing comes up saying that I would not get my car delivery on 10th Sep.
After making the whole payment I am been treated like a beggar.
