Unusual deduction of money from my sbi atm

Sir i am, avanish sharma .i have already put my complain dated 11-11, but there is no action has been taken by irctc.please give me detailed about unusual transfer of money from my atm dated 07-11.and tell me the name of person and their address who bookoed ticket dated 07-11.i have also put FIR.
