Bajaj alianz had renewed my car insurance in july and a agent contacted me for the same, for the last 4 years since the car was purchased, i am having the insurance from the same company. The agent issued me a covernote and told me that the policy will be recieved in 7 days. Sine 24th july the policy has not been recieved. On contacting the agent, he says since you have taken claim therefore the policy cannot be issued. on further talking to the branch head in Nehru place delhi on 21st aug, 10, he told me that he will get the policy issued. now as of today (5/9/10) the policy has not been sent or any information or contact or call whatsoever from the company has not been recieved. It is totally a lack of responsible behaviour and customer harrasment on the company's behalf. If this is the state of affairs of a big company like bajaj alianz that it is really a pity and shameful.
