On 3-6 shri rajiv singh of JKM makfin pvt ltd collected cheque no 039611 of bank of india and issued cover note of bajaj allianj no BZ 0803673814 and assured policy will reach with in ten days however till date policy id not reached to me even though cover note is valid up to 30-6 only and non supply of policy can be fatal after 30-6 hence company shall be sole responsibility of insurabce company
