Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a new car on 6th June, and though Bajaj Allianz to ensure the same. An executive came and issued me the policy cover note (copy attached) and ensure will receive the bond in few days. As I recall, the policy came after 20 days of the cover note issuing date. Anyways, I though sooner or later it has reached us.
On reviewing the policy i observed the following:
Name was wrong/error; they had written 'MRS' instead of 'MS'.
'A' was missing from the registration no of the car; Actual - DL 2CAL 6174, written as - DL 2CL 6174.
Considering above I approached the customer care and requested for rectification via req no 571 3710. They asked for the RC copy which I said I have not yet received the RC. They said we will process your request.
Again after few days I called the customer care on 23rd July and they said your request has not been forwarded as yet. Can I have the reason why??? /
They issued me a new request no ‘5893084’ and said will be processed.
How come the insurance companies working in their own style without considering customers time.
