Ike feel problem with water or rain

Hi my name is narender i have purchased a new bike from sonipat dealer on finance in 22 or 23 april.

but bike has got a major manufactoring defect bike feel problem in running condition if water is dropp or

rain start during running condition.i have made many time complaint on bajaj customer care & also dealer

but bike give me just some repair & problem come again after 05 or 10 days repair. so i want to replace my

bike my bike registration no. is hr-10-p-4623
