Manufacturing Defect in the Bike with overheating

Hi, my name is Samie..I bought a new bike.. Bajaj Pulsar 135LS, got registered on 09/03.. it has not yet been an year..It has many serious problems as the engine gets overheated within a short distance... Lights are less... Shock absorbers are not good... strange type of noise comes from the back part of the vehicle... mileage has dropped... worst possibe bike on the Earth...
