Starting problem

I Purchase a moter bike on 6-4 from TCS Bajaj Neelam bata road Faridabad. But last two servises i facing a problam for starting the bike and i camplaint two or three time they don't take seriously. My bike no. is HR-51 AE 1734 and my mobile no. is 9873568888. so please solve my problams as soon as possible. I shall be thankfull to you.
